At times we all need help sorting out life’s complexities.
My clients tend to be ordinary people—individuals, couples, children
and families—who want to make changes in their lives. Many seek
more substantive, more fulfilling relationships with their spouse or
children. Some want to find more clarity of purpose, more meaning in
their work. Others need help negotiating life’s natural transitions,
like aging parents or the loss of a loved one. And still others struggle
to resolve traumatic childhood events.
Together,
we navigate their emotional roadblocks--anger, anxiety, depression,
pain, shame—to help them move toward a life of greater satisfaction.
Most clients find this challenging work, but emerge with a better sense
of what they want, and the resources to enjoy life more fully.
My collaboration, communication and compassion have served my clients
well since I began counseling in 1995. If you would like to make changes
in your life, or if change has been thrust upon you and you need help
coping with it, let me help.
